Ways to Participate
Opening Night of the 23rd Annual Spring Lake Park Holiday Lights Drive is Saturday, November 30! The park will be filled with lighted displays for a wonderful interactive drive through the holiday lights. We will continue to have Family Activity Nights and will be building upon our photo opportunities this year.
Your annual support allows us to maintain displays, add new displays, install additional electricity sources, and offer family activities. The Holiday Lights Drive is a partnership between Williston Parks & Recreation and the Williston Convention & Visitors Bureau. The Lights Drive is also a great opportunity for local non-profit groups. Non-profit groups working the gate receive 50% of the proceeds from the night.
COMMERCIAL DISPLAY REPRESENTING YOUR BUSINESS OR ORGANIZATION
$125 | $75/year for a spot + $50/year for set-up, tear-down, storage, insurance, and basic maintenance
Invest in a commercial outdoor display for the Holiday Lights Drive. The $75 fee includes your spot and electricity. For an additional $50, Williston Parks will set up, take down, maintain, store, and insure your display for the life of the display. The $50 storage/maintenance option is not available to non-commercial displays.
Many eye-catching ready-made displays are available now. If you wish to have a custom display created, the best time to order one from a holiday lights manufacturer is in the spring for Christmas of 2025! Recommended vendors for purchasing a commercial display can be found at the bottom of this page.
The Lights Drive Committee offers a standardized sign kit that includes an all-weather lighted sign (36” x 24”) with your company or organization’s name on it. Williston Parks will set-up, tear-down and store your sign as part of your commercial display. Existing signage will be grandfathered in, to be replaced by the standardized sign option when it needs replacement. No other signage is allowed. Cost for the sign kit is $200. The order deadline for a lighted sign is October 14, 2024.
If you would like to add a lighted sign to your display, please mark this option on your participation commitment and send your high-resolution logo to cvb@ci.williston.nd.us. We will provide a print proof for you to review and notify you when your sign has shipped.
NIGHT AT THE LIGHTS DRIVE SPONSOR

Receive recognition in the calendar and map brochure that is handed out to each visitor for the duration of the month, and at the ticket booth on the night you choose to sponsor (weather dependent). Plus, the option to include a promotional piece from your business in items handed to visitors.

PURCHASE GATE PASSES
$40/book of 10 passes
Purchase a book of 10 passes for $40.00 (A savings of $10.00). Passes can be used any night during the event, and make great gifts for staff, customers, friends, family, teachers, and neighbors!
Passes purchased online will be mailed to the address provided on the order form. Passes are also available for purchase at the Visitor Center located at 212 34th Street W.
